What to expect
Each day will include three of the ten Roots to Evolve - movement, yoga and sadhana. We will then explore the remaining seven principles that we lead to a happy and fulfilled life over the course of the retreat.

Inspirational guest speakers will be sharing their expertise and giving guidance each day and complimentary treatments have been planned throughout to ensure you relax and rebalance.
Each evening closes with a "fireside chat" to re-group and provide a safe & supportive space to reflect (Sharing is always optional!).
